Reynolds (D) will host a meeting of the Board of Election Canvassers on Monday, September 12th at 10:00 AM to be held in the Elections Auditorium on the 2nd Floor of the Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building in Government Plaza, 60 Hawley Street in downtown Binghamton.
