The Broome County Board of Elections will host its Absentee and Affidavit Primary Ballot Counting Day beginning at 10am on Wednesday, June 30th
Counting will occur in our BOE Auditorium, next to our office on the 2nd floor of the Broome County Office Building, at 60 Hawley St in Downtown Binghamton.
